PVcase Recharge
The companion app for PVcase company off-sites — your agenda, your travel details, session booking, and a direct line to the Workplace Experience team while you are away.
For PVcase staff and invited attendees
Recharge is an internal tool, not a public service. Signing in requires a @pvcase.com Google Workspace account — there is no other way to create an account, and accounts cannot be self-registered. If you are attending an off-site and cannot sign in, the support page explains what to do.

SOS
A direct line to the on-call Workplace Experience team if something goes wrong while you are travelling.
Announcements
Session reminders, event announcements and replies to an SOS arrive as push notifications. No marketing messages are ever sent.
Help
Practical answers about the venue, the schedule and expenses, plus the emergency contacts for the event.
Works offline
Your agenda, itinerary, help articles and emergency contacts stay readable on a weak conference-centre connection.
Your privacy
Recharge collects what it needs to run an off-site and nothing else. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs in the app, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Your location is read only on the SOS screen, and only sent to PVcase when you actually send an SOS — there is no background location tracking of any kind.
The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have. You can delete your account yourself at any time, from inside the app.
