Support

How to get help with the PVcase Recharge app — before, during or after an off-site.

Contact us

Email support@pvcase.com and the Workplace Experience (WX) team will pick it up. We aim to reply within one working day, during Vilnius business hours (EET/EEST).

If it is urgent and you are at an event

Do not use email. Open the SOS tab in the app — it reaches the on-call WX team immediately, and you can carry on the conversation in the app until it is resolved. Email is for app problems, not emergencies.

Reporting a problem with the app

If you can still open the app, the quickest route is Help → Report a bug, which starts an email with your app version already filled in. Otherwise write to the address above and include as much of this as you can:

  • Your work email address, so we can find the right account.
  • Your phone and OS version — for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18.2” or “Pixel 8, Android 15”.
  • The app version, shown at the bottom of the Help tab.
  • Which screen you were on and what you tapped just before the problem.
  • What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can take one.

Please do not include passwords or one-time codes in a support email. We will never ask you for either.

Common questions

How do I sign in?

Open the app and choose Continue with Google, then pick your PVcase work account. There is no password to remember and nothing to register — your Recharge profile is created automatically the first time you sign in.

Why does it only accept a @pvcase.com account?

Recharge is an internal tool for people attending a PVcase off-site, and it shows the event agenda, room bookings and travel details for those attendees. Sign-in is restricted to the PVcase Google Workspace, so a personal Gmail or an outside address will be turned away. If you are attending as a partner or contractor without a PVcase account, email us and we will sort out access.

I signed in before, and now I am locked out.

Accounts can be set to disabled by an administrator — for example when someone leaves the company. If you believe that is a mistake, email us from the address you sign in with.

How do push notifications work?

The app asks for notification permission once, and only sends session reminders, event announcements and replies to an SOS you raised. There are no marketing notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s system settings, and the push registration for your device is removed when you sign out or delete your account.

Does the app track my location?

Only on the SOS screen, and only when you actually send an SOS — your coordinates are attached so the WX team can reach you. There is no background or continuous location tracking. The privacy policy covers this in detail.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: tap your avatar in the top-right, choose Delete account, and confirm. The account deletion page lists exactly what is removed, and what to do if you have already uninstalled the app.

Privacy requests

For anything about your personal data — access, correction, erasure or a complaint — use the contact route in the privacy policy, which goes to the team that handles those requests.
